Livify 隐私政策
Livify 是一款在 iPhone 本地将视频转换为 Live Photo 的工具。
我们重视你的隐私，并遵循数据最小化原则。
1. 我们是否收集数据
Livify 不会将你的照片、视频、音频、使用记录、设备标识符或其他个人数据发送到开发者运营的服务器。
Livify 不要求注册账号，也不包含广告、第三方分析 SDK 或跨 App 跟踪功能。
2. 照片与视频的处理
当你主动从系统照片选择视频时，Livify 会读取所选内容，以完成检查、裁剪、预览和 Live Photo 生成。
这些处理在你的设备上完成。如果所选内容仅存储在 iCloud，Apple 的 PhotoKit 可能按你的系统设置将其下载到设备；
该过程由 Apple 的系统服务管理，Livify 开发者无法访问该媒体。
Livify 只会在你主动执行保存操作后，将生成的 Live Photo 写入系统照片图库。
已保存的内容由你通过“照片”App 管理和删除。
3. 设备上的本地数据
为了提供 App 功能，Livify 可能在设备上保存以下信息：
- Pro 权益的本地缓存；
- 免费功能的当日使用次数；
- 最近使用的导出设置和其他 App 偏好。
这些信息存储在 App 的本地容器中，不会发送给 Livify 开发者。
删除 App 会移除这些本地数据；由 App Store 保存的购买记录仍可通过 Apple ID 恢复。
4. 临时文件
在转换、预览或处理系统照片编辑版本时，Livify 可能在 App 的临时目录创建媒体文件。
这些文件仅用于完成你发起的任务，并会在相关任务、工作会话或 App 管理的缓存结束时清理。
删除 App 会移除其容器内剩余的临时文件。
5. 照片权限
Livify 仅为读取你选择的视频和保存生成结果而请求照片权限。
你可以随时前往“设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 照片 → Livify”更改或撤回权限。
撤回权限后，依赖照片图库的功能可能无法使用。
6. App 内购买
Livify 的购买和恢复购买功能由 Apple App Store 与 StoreKit 提供。
支付信息由 Apple 处理，Livify 开发者不会取得你的银行卡或支付账户信息。
App 会在设备上读取 Apple 验证的交易状态，以决定是否解锁 Pro 功能。
7. 儿童隐私
Livify 不是专门面向儿童设计的服务，也不会有意收集儿童个人数据。
由于 Livify 不将用户数据发送给开发者，我们不会建立儿童用户资料。
8. 数据保留与删除
Livify 开发者没有服务器端用户数据库，因此没有可供开发者检索或删除的云端用户资料。
你可以通过删除 App 清除 App 容器中的本地数据，通过系统“照片”App 删除已保存的结果，
并通过系统设置撤回照片权限。
9. 政策变更
如果 Livify 的功能或数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本政策和页面顶部的“最后更新”日期。
如未来加入需要披露的数据处理功能，我们会在适用时取得必要授权并更新 App Store 隐私信息。

Livify Privacy Policy
Livify is an iPhone utility that converts videos into Live Photos on the device.
We value your privacy and follow a data-minimization approach.
1. Data collection
Livify does not send your photos, videos, audio, usage history, device identifiers, or other personal data
to servers operated by the developer. Livify requires no account and includes no advertising,
third-party analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking.
2. Photos and videos
When you select a video from the system photo library, Livify reads that selected content to inspect, trim,
preview, and generate a Live Photo. Processing takes place on your device. If an item is stored only in iCloud,
Apple's PhotoKit may download it according to your system settings. This is managed by Apple services,
and the Livify developer cannot access the media.
Livify writes a generated Live Photo to the system photo library only after you choose to save it.
You control and delete saved items through the Photos app.
3. Data stored on your device
Livify may locally store:
- a cache of your Pro entitlement;
- daily free-feature usage counters; and
- your most recent export settings and other app preferences.
This information stays in the app container and is not sent to the developer. Deleting the app removes this
local data. Purchase records maintained by the App Store remain associated with your Apple ID and can be restored.
4. Temporary files
Livify may create media files in its temporary directory while converting, previewing, or processing an edited
Photos asset. They are used only for the task you requested and are cleaned up when the related task, work session,
or app-managed cache ends. Deleting the app removes remaining files in its container.
5. Photo library permission
Livify requests photo access only to read videos you select and save results you generate. You can change or revoke
access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Livify. Features that depend on the photo library
may stop working after access is revoked.
6. In-App Purchases
Purchases and restoration are provided by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes payment details;
the Livify developer does not receive your payment card or payment-account information. The app reads Apple-verified
transaction status on the device to determine whether Pro features are unlocked.
7. Children's privacy
Livify is not specifically directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal data.
Because user data is not sent to the developer, Livify does not build profiles of child users.
8. Retention and deletion
The developer operates no server-side user database for Livify. You can clear local app-container data by deleting
the app, remove saved results in Photos, and revoke photo access in system Settings.
9. Changes
If Livify's features or data practices change, we will update this policy and the date shown above.
We will request any required permission and update App Store privacy disclosures when applicable.
